Refund Policy

Effective Date: July 6, 2026

Because most of our products and services are custom-made, all sales are considered final.

Custom Products

No refunds will be issued on custom orders unless the mistake was caused by LLB Pro Solutions.

Examples include:

  • Incorrect product produced compared to the approved proof
  • Printing defects caused during production
  • Wrong item shipped due to our error

If LLB Pro Solutions is responsible for an error, we will repair, replace, or remake the item before issuing a refund whenever possible.

Customer Errors

Refunds or replacements will not be issued for:

  • Spelling errors approved by the customer
  • Incorrect information submitted by the customer
  • Color differences caused by screen displays
  • Size selections made by the customer
  • Design approval after final proof
  • Change of mind

Deposits & Booking Fees

Deposits, booking fees, consultation fees, and measurement fees are non-refundable.

Service Refunds

Completed creative services, consulting, branding, website work, digital products, AI services, marketing services, and design work are non-refundable due to the time invested.

  • Customer-approved proofs cannot be refunded.
  • Shipping delays are not grounds for a refund.

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital downloads, all digital product sales are final.

Refund Requests

Any issue must be reported within 72 hours of receiving your order.

Photos of the issue may be required before a replacement is approved.
