By purchasing products or services from LLB Pro Solutions, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
LLB Pro Solutions provides custom branding, graphic design, website design, print products, apparel, signage, marketing services, business consulting, AI automation solutions, and related creative services.
Because every custom project is created specifically for each client:
Clients may cancel a project before work begins. Any work already completed may be billed accordingly.
Custom products already in production cannot be canceled.
Appointments may be rescheduled up to two (2) times.
After the second reschedule:
Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice may result in forfeiture of the appointment and require a new booking.
If a client stops responding for 30 days, the project is considered inactive. To restart it, a reactivation fee may apply.
Installation fees are separate from product pricing.

Travel fees are based on distance from our service area and will be discussed before booking.
Certain consultations, planning sessions, branding strategy meetings, and on-site measurements may require separate consultation fees.
Consultation fees are due at booking.

These estimates begin only after full payment, receipt of all required materials, and final proof approval.
Rush services are subject to availability. A rush fee of 25% of the total project cost or $50 minimum (whichever is greater) will apply. This protects you on smaller jobs while keeping larger projects proportional.
Include one revision session after the initial proof. Any additional revisions are billed at your current hourly rate or a flat revision fee (you can decide that later).
Printed colors may vary slightly from what is seen on phones, tablets, and computer monitors. This is normal and is not considered a printing defect.
Once an order has been given to the shipping carrier, LLB Pro Solutions is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or lost/stolen packages after confirmed delivery. Customers should inspect packages upon arrival and report any issues within 72 hours.
Customers confirm they have permission to use all submitted logos, photos, artwork, trademarks, and other materials.
LLB Pro Solutions is not responsible for copyright or trademark violations involving customer-provided content.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
Reserve the right to photograph completed projects and use them in your portfolio, social media, and marketing materials unless a written confidentiality agreement is in place before the project begins.
You are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond your reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, supplier shortages, shipping disruptions, equipment failure, power outages, or illness.
Customers agree to contact LLB Pro Solutions to resolve concerns before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback. Fraudulent chargebacks may be challenged with documentation, including signed agreements, invoices, proofs, and communication records.
LLB Pro Solutions shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
