LLB Pro Solutions TERMS & CONDITIONS

By purchasing products or services from LLB Pro Solutions, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Services

LLB Pro Solutions provides custom branding, graphic design, website design, print products, apparel, signage, marketing services, business consulting, AI automation solutions, and related creative services.

Quotes & Pricing

  • Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
  • Prices are subject to change without notice until an order has been confirmed and paid.
  • Special pricing, promotions, or discounts cannot be applied retroactively.

Payment Policy

  • Full payment is required before any project, order, or booking is scheduled unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Orders are not placed into production until payment has been received.
  • Payments are non-transferable.

Custom Orders

Because every custom project is created specifically for each client:

  • Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all proofs before production.
  • Once final approval is given, LLB Pro Solutions is not responsible for spelling errors, incorrect information, sizing, or design elements approved by the customer.
  • Production begins only after final approval.

Cancellations

Clients may cancel a project before work begins. Any work already completed may be billed accordingly.

Custom products already in production cannot be canceled.

Rescheduling

Appointments may be rescheduled up to two (2) times.

After the second reschedule:

  • A new booking may be required.
  • Additional scheduling fees may apply.

No-Show Policy

Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice may result in forfeiture of the appointment and require a new booking.

Project Abandonment 

If a client stops responding for 30 days, the project is considered inactive. To restart it, a reactivation fee may apply. 

Installation Services

Installation fees are separate from product pricing.

Additional charges may apply based on:

  • Installation complexity
  • Surface preparation
  • Removal of existing materials
  • Equipment required
  • After-hours installation
  • Emergency scheduling

Travel Fees

Travel fees may apply for:

  • Installations
  • On-site consultations
  • Measurements
  • Deliveries
  • Photography or marketing services

Travel fees are based on distance from our service area and will be discussed before booking.

Consultation Fees

Certain consultations, planning sessions, branding strategy meetings, and on-site measurements may require separate consultation fees.

Consultation fees are due at booking.

Turnaround Times

Estimated turnaround times are not guaranteed.

Production timelines may change due to:

  • Customer response times: Turnaround estimates assume the client responds promptly. Delays in approvals, files, or requested information extend the completion date.
  • Vendor delays
  • Shipping delays
  • Weather
  • Equipment maintenance
  • Large order volume

These estimates begin only after full payment, receipt of all required materials, and final proof approval.

Rush Orders

Rush services are subject to availability. A rush fee of 25% of the total project cost or $50 minimum (whichever is greater) will apply. This protects you on smaller jobs while keeping larger projects proportional.

One Revision Round

Include one revision session after the initial proof. Any additional revisions are billed at your current hourly rate or a flat revision fee (you can decide that later).

Color Disclaimer 

Printed colors may vary slightly from what is seen on phones, tablets, and computer monitors. This is normal and is not considered a printing defect.

Shipping

Once an order has been given to the shipping carrier, LLB Pro Solutions is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or lost/stolen packages after confirmed delivery. Customers should inspect packages upon arrival and report any issues within 72 hours.

Customer-Supplied Artwork

Customers confirm they have permission to use all submitted logos, photos, artwork, trademarks, and other materials.

LLB Pro Solutions is not responsible for copyright or trademark violations involving customer-provided content.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • LLB Pro Solutions retains ownership of original design concepts until final payment has been received.
  • Portfolio images of completed work may be used for marketing unless the client requests confidentiality in writing before production.

Photography of Work

Reserve the right to photograph completed projects and use them in your portfolio, social media, and marketing materials unless a written confidentiality agreement is in place before the project begins.

Force Majeure

You are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond your reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, supplier shortages, shipping disruptions, equipment failure, power outages, or illness.

Chargebacks

Customers agree to contact LLB Pro Solutions to resolve concerns before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback. Fraudulent chargebacks may be challenged with documentation, including signed agreements, invoices, proofs, and communication records.

Limitation of Liability

LLB Pro Solutions shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

Submitting payment confirms that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
